Prepositions of movement

Las preposiciones de movimiento se utilizan para indicar movimiento de un lugar a otro.

Las preposiciones de movimiento son las siguientes:

Preposición	Significado	Ejemplo
Up	Hacia arriba	He goes up to see his mom
Down	Abajo	She’s going down stairs.
Away from	Lejos de	She walks away from her house
To	A	They go to school on the bus.
Across	A través de	The bridge takes you across the lake.
Into	Dentro	Don't go into the room.
Out of	Fuera de	That was an out of place.
Through	A través de	You must drive very carefully through the tunnel.
Over	Sobre/ encima de	The bowl is over the refrigerator.
Past	Pasar por delante	Go past the bank and turn right.
Along	A lo largo de	She’s driving along the road.
Around	Alrededor de	I walk around the park.
